FME, or Feature Manipulation Engine, is a powerful data integration platform. It facilitates seamless transformation and movement of data between various systems and formats, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in spatial data handling. 

 

To install the program, go to: https://engage.safe.com/support/downloads/#past-versions

 

 

Click on the orange drop down arrow to select version.

 

Choose "Form" whatever operating system you have. Form is the new version of the old FME desktop.

 

After downloading, click on the exe-file and then click install.

 

 

 

 

 

 Click next. Choose Express.

Select folder.

 

 

 

Click install.

 

 

 

 

 

Next, go to search and type "fme workbench 2024".

 

 

 

Accept the agreement and click  on "Activate" button.

 

 

 

Make sure you area using FMELIC.SLU.SE, click "Finish".

 

 

 

 

Now you can start using it!
